When asked by Time Out for Women to submit a photo for their February Link Party showing what comes to mind when I hear the word L-O-V-E, it didn’t take long to make a decision.
See the photo above? That photo makes me think of love.
When the photographer asked the girls to turn around and put their arms around each other, there was no hesitation…..and this classic shot is what he got. No posing, just a natural reaction. I love how little sister is holding on tight while big sister protects her. Love came easy and spills out in this photograph.
Kids are like that. Great examples to adults who sometimes forget what love looks like. I have this photo on my wall and see it every day. Every day it reminds me of two sisters who have brought so much love into life.
Two sisters on the beach…..that’s what love looks like.
